Our Annual First Aid Refresher course is a 3-hour training session designed to help qualified First Aiders stay up to date with essential life-saving skills. This course reinforces confidence, competence, and compliance with HSE recommendations.

• Workplace First Aiders (with valid 3-day or 1-day qualified first aiders)

• Anyone looking to keep first aid knowledge fresh between requalification cycles

• Primary survey

• CPR (adults, children, infants)

•  Recovery position

•  Use of AED (Defibrillator)

•  Managing an unconscious casualty

•  Bleeding & shock

•  Scenario-based practice
