The refresher revisits core modules from the original course, with emphasis on: Thinking Back & Leadership – Reflecting on past learning and reinforcing safety culture Plan – Reviewing policy implementation and translating into action Do – Risk assessment exercises and applying safety controls Check – Monitoring performance, measuring safety data, auditing systems Act – Continuous improvement, lessons learnt, corrective action It also updates delegates on new legislation, emerging hazards, and good practice changes.
