First Aid for Parents & Child Carers Course

Practical Baby & Child First Aid Training in Doncaster

Whether you're a new parent, grandparent, babysitter or child carer, knowing what to do in a medical emergency can make all the difference.

Our First Aid for Parents & Child Carers Course is a practical, hands-on 2-hour awareness session designed to give you the confidence to respond to common baby and child emergencies before professional help arrives.

Delivered by experienced first aid instructors, the course focuses on the skills every family member or carer should know, including CPR, choking emergencies and recognising serious medical conditions.

Training is available at our Doncaster training centre or can be delivered at your venue for parent groups, community organisations, charities and family support services.

Why Attend?

Medical emergencies involving babies and young children can happen unexpectedly.

Knowing how to assess a situation, perform CPR or respond to choking can help protect a child until emergency medical services arrive.

Our relaxed and supportive courses combine demonstrations with practical hands-on practice using professional infant and child manikins, giving every learner the opportunity to build confidence in essential life-saving skills.

No previous first aid experience is required.
