This Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health (RQF) is a concise, accredited 4-hour training course, ideal for anyone wanting to better understand mental health in the workplace or community.

Accredited by Qualification Network UK (QNUK), this course provides an introduction to mental health awareness, common conditions, and how to offer basic support and signposting — without taking on a full First Aider role.

Delivered at our Doncaster training centre or on-site across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, and Humberside.
