Our Level 1 Award in Food Safety (RQF) is a short, accredited half-day course designed to introduce essential food hygiene principles to staff working in any role involving food handling. Accredited by Qualification Network UK (QNUK), this course provides the knowledge needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, reduce contamination risks, and comply with UK food safety legislation.
Delivered at our Doncaster training centre or on-site for groups across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, and Humberside.
