The QNUK Level 3 Award in Activity First Aid (RQF) is a practical 2-day course designed for those who work or volunteer in outdoor, sports, and adventure-based environments and schools. This regulated qualification ensures you're prepared to provide first aid in dynamic, challenging locations.

What You’ll Learn

• Primary survey & scene safety

•  Managing unresponsive casualties

•  CPR (including outdoor modifications)

•  Use of AED (Defibrillator)

•  Choking, bleeding & shock

•  Outdoor-specific conditions (heatstroke, cold exposure, fractures, bites, stings)

•  Head & spinal injuries

•  Incident management in remote environments
