This course incorporates the Level 1 Course plus expands on the effects of Alcohol and Drugs. It also incorporates the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan. You will cover the different ways in which positive mental health can be supported in your workplace. Subjects covered are as follows: -What is First Aid for Mental Health? -Mental Health Conditions -Advice and how to start a conversation -Stress -Drugs and Alcohol -Action Plan -Mental Health in the Workplace Numbers: 12 delegates to 1 instructor per session Assessments: Multiple-choice questions as well as practical Certification: Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health - Valid for 3 years
